As a Production Operator, you will work in a production environment with manufacturing, such as soldering electronic components. You will be employed by OnePartnerGroup but will work on-site in Kalix, where you will be guided by a team leader.

Working hours (full-time):

• Monday–Friday 7 AM - 4 PM

Part-time positions may be available.

Onboarding and training are included — no prior experience is necessary.

• Solder sensors according to established work instructions (SOPs).
• Follow 5S routines and contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient workplace.
• Report machine errors, quality issues, and deviations.
• Collaborate with production operators and the team leader in problem-solving.

• Pack finished products and manage orders according to procedures.

• Is meticulous, organized, and enjoys practical work tasks.
• Has good manual dexterity and can maintain focus in repetitive tasks.
• Is responsible, cooperative, and quality-conscious.
• Is at least 18 years old.
• Speaks Swedish and can understand simple instructions in English.

• Previous experience in manual work/assembly is an advantage but not a requirement.
